1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color or size), we will make it right immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • What you need to do: Contact us at luckycharm9865@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue.

  • Our solution: Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement—whichever you prefer.

2. Missing or Lost Packages We monitor all shipments to ensure they reach you. In the rare event that a package gets lost in transit and the tracking information has not updated for 30 consecutive days, we will issue a full refund or completely reship your order.

3. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We process and ship orders rapidly to the exact address provided. Retfry B is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed packages or incorrect address entries.
